The E-1200 is a large floor standing style coil winding machine, easily positioned in a factory or workshop, equipped with head and bench in galvanised steel and covered in stainless steel, fixture plate, tailstock with security closure, guider system, safety screen and foot pedal.
The winding machine is governed by numeric control and CNC electronic programming.
This machine is specially designed for the manufacture of large solenoids, power and distribution transformers (typically from 10 to 1,200 KVA), using aluminium or copper wires, including rectangular or flat wires with a special guider.
The wide range of winding speeds (up to 500 rpm) permits primary and secondary windings on the same machine, thus reducing production cycle time.
The layout and design of the winding machine facilitates the placement of ancillary materials such as end-fillers, insulation paper and foils of various types.
