SV-180 kibbeh encrusting machine is the smallest food machine in Longyu company. It can make kubba, kibbeh, coxinha, croquette, churros, falafel, arancini, kubba musel, meat pie……
By changing the cutter, the automatic kubba machine can make kebbeh in different shapes, such as round shape, long strip shape, flat shape, water drop shape, olive shape, pillow shape, etc. Among them, the most popular one is the olive shape. Most customers choose to make 35g, 50g kubba, which is beautiful in appearance and easier to put it into mouth.
Many customers will ask a question, how to use the machine to make kubba in different sizes?
Don’t worry, easy to answer to this question. We use extrusion molds to control the size of kibbeh. If you want to make different size of kubba, just order several extrusion molds with different size.
The extrusion molds consists of two parts, one is outer mold, another is inner mold, which are made by food material—-P1 material, easy to clean and safe. Usually, we will send 3 sets of extrusion mold free of charge before delivery, customer can choose the size.
Another way to adjust the weight of the kubba slightly( about 3-5 g): customer can adjust the parameters of filling and kubba dough on the PLC touch screen to change the weight of the kebbeh.
Also, with the same cutter and mold, the small encrusting machine can make stuffed cookies, soft cookies, chocolate biscuit, dates biscuit. Sticky food is also ok for the kubba machine, such as mochi, ice cream mochi, rice ball, rice cakes, cheese rice cakes. Besides stuffed products, SV-180 encrusting machine also can make food without filling, such as energy balls, protein bars..
Additionally, optional stainless steel devices are available. With stamping device, user can get dates maamol, mooncake, pineapple cake, pumpkin cakes, sweetheart cakes, soft stuffed cakes. Changing different stamping molds can make maamoul with different patterns. By the way, we support customization, such as patterns, logo, company name and so on.
