Maamoul Production Line Description:
Maamoul/ Mooncake Production Line consists of three machines: SV-208A encrusting machine, SV-303 stamping machine, SV-302 tray arranging machine, which are the main machines that form stuffed dough into maamoul with patterns.
The function of SV-208A encrusting machine is to stuff the fillings into the maamoul dough. Because it has 3 hoppers, one for maamoul dough, another two for fillings. usually, the inner filling is soft and tight fillings, such as dates filling, lotus seed filling, red bean filling. and the innermost filling can be thin, such as chocolate liquid, jam. the stuffed dough moves to SV-302 stamping machine through conveyor belt, the stamping machine accurately locates the position of the dough through the photoelectric sensor device. and then, air compressor gives air pressure to the machine to drive the stamping mold to move downward, so that the pattern on the stamping mold will be pressed onto the stuffed dough, which forms maamoul. by the way , we use stamping molds made of food-grade materials, which are durable and non-stick, so the dough will not stick to the molds after stamping. Then the maamoul goes into the third machine—automatic tray arranging machine. it puts maamoul on the tray automatically, neat and precise, greatly saving time and labors.
Besides maamoul forming machines, we can also provide other related machines, such as mixer, dough mixer, trays lifting machine, rotary oven, trolleys, packaging machine. in a word, we can offer a whole maamoul production line from mixing maamoul dough to packaging the finished maamoul.
Through changing the stamping molds, the maamoul stamping machine can make mooncake in various kind of patterns and shapes, like bear patterns, petal shapes, bunny shapes, panda patterns, oval shapes, round shapes, square shapes, etc. Additionally, we support customization, for example, we can add your logo, name, company name on the pattern of maamoul.
SV-208A encrusting machine is a multifunctional encrusting machine, which can make many kinds of products. equipped with maamoul stamping machine and automatic tray arranging machine, it can make maamoul/ mooncake. in addition to this，it can make mung bean cake, pineapple cake, pumpkin cake, stuffed cookies, bear biscuits……Very flexible and easy to expand your product range!
SV-208A Encrusting Machine is developed on the basis of SV-208 encrusting machine. SV-208 encrusting machine has two hoppers, one for skin , another for filling. Add the third hopper, it becomes SV-208A encrusting machine, which can make maamoul with one skin and two fillings, or two skins and one filling. With a solid filling device, the mooncake making machine can fill whole large solid inside of maamoul, such as egg yolk, quail eggs, berries, grapes, chocolate chunks, and so on. The most representative food is the egg yolk mooncake/maamoul. equipped with another two hoppers, that is, the SV-208 maamoul machine has 4 hoppers, which can make colorful maamoul, especially for high-end dim sum.
