What’s the Energy Ball Making Machine？
The energy ball making machine produced by Longyu company consists of three machines: SV-180 encrusting machine, rounding machine, powder coating machine. it’s one of the hot-selling machines in our factory.
Besides the energy balls, the energy ball making machine also can make other ball products, such as no-bake energy bites, protein balls, date balls, bliss balls, coconut balls, tamarind balls, sesame balls, cookie balls, old-fashioned peanut butter balls, chocolate chips cookie dough balls, blueberry muffin energy balls, gingerbread energy balls and so on. Additionally, the size and weight of the energy balls can be controlled and adjusted by customers, just changing the extrusion molds and rolling disc.
SV-180 encrusting machine is the main machine, which can extrude the dough ,than cut it into small pieces according to the weight customer wants. It has two hoppers, one is for skin and another is for filling. So the energy ball making machine can make stuffed balls and the filling can be thin and sticky, such as sesame balls, jam stuffed energy balls, peanut butter balls, chocolate energy balls, paleo stuffed energy balls. Of course, it can make balls without filling, such as cherry bliss balls, protein balls, energy balls, cookie dough balls, etc. There is a stable pressing wheel in the skin hopper, which is to push casing forward to prevent the weight instability.
Besides, the SV-180 encrusting machine is equipped with Delta PLC program and intelligent touch screen. Customer can control and adjust the production speed, the thickness of the skin according to their needs. Easy to operate!
After the encrusting machine comes the energy ball rounding machine. It can roll the irregular dough into a smooth ball instead of manual rolling, which greatly saves production time and improves production efficiency. Well, the diameter of the rolling disc determines the diameter of the product. A energy ball rounding machine can be equipped with multiple specifications of rounding discs to meet the diverse needs of customers. Also we can customize the rounding discs according to customer’s requirements.
The last machine is a coating machine, which can coat the sticky products with starch, cornmeal, bread crumbs, shredded coconut, sesame, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, cinnamon powder and so on. The SV-180 encrusting machine can make 20-80 pcs/min. if the output capacity is small for you, you can consider our other two machines: SV-208 Encrusting machine, which can make 60-110 pcs/min; Six-head Encrusting machine, whose output capacity is 6 times that of the SV-208 encrusting machine, very suitable for big factory!
The combination of these three machines can not only make all kinds of energy balls, but also make fried foods such as potato balls, potato cheese balls, falafel, sesame balls, etc. it has multiple functions, very suitable for small stores and restaurants.
