Test Principle
Compression test: By using the corresponding standard pressure (EN standard: 15KN± 0.1kN;The anti-compressibility of the toe cap is assessed by measuring the minimum height (i.e., the safety height) retained by the cylinder below when pressing the toe cap at an ANSI standard of 1000±50LBS.
Puncture resistance test of steel plate:The puncture resistance of a steel plate is evaluated by measuring the maximum force at which the steel plate penetrates or whether the steel plate penetrates under a given force.
