Summary:
This Scratch Resistant Testing Machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Article 2.10.8.4 of GB4943.1-2011, Article 2.10.8.4 of IEC60950, Article 21.2 of GB4706.1 and Article 21.2 of IEC60335-1. It is suitable for solid insulation of household appliances and similar products. Scratch test on accessible parts or printed boards to ensure that the material has sufficient strength without being pierced by sharp tools.
This machine adopts PLC + touch screen control system with stable performance. Rotate the work surface to easily achieve scratch test in both vertical and horizontal directions.
Structure and Principle:
The scratch resistance test uses a hardened steel pin for scratching. The end of the steel pin should be tapered with a apex angle of 40°. The tip should be rounded with radius of 0.25 mm ± 0.02 mm. The scratch passes through five pairs of conductive parts, including the middle interval, and the middle interval should be the part with the greatest potential gradient during the test.
When performing the scratch test, scratches were performed at a speed of 20 mm/s ± 5 mm/s in a plane perpendicular to the edge of the conductor. The steel pin should be properly loaded so that the hardend steel pin can apply a force of 10N ± 0.5N along its axial direction. The scratch interval should be at least 5mm and at least 5mm away from the edge of the sample.
